Encounters: Experiences with Nonhuman Intelligences: Explorations with UFO, Dreams, Angels, Al, and Other Dimensions by D.W. Pasulka Book Review

In Encounters, D.W. Pasulka discussed different experiences people have had with nonhuman intelligences and what we can learn from them. She explained how she is a professor on the history of religion. She has personally studied UFO’s, monks and nuns who levitate, purgatory, technological angels, and much more. In the book, she explored the works of key space psychologists such as, Dr. Iya Whiteley. She explained how astronauts would develop their own rules, beliefs, and behaviors and they would choose what is acceptable and what isn’t. She is also trying actively to conduct a way to speak and communicate with nonhuman intelligent species. She is becoming a leader in creating technologies.

Another key person in this book was a man called Gray Man. He works for a big research agency and is the head of a laboratory. He personally edited what he shared at least 15 times. He shared his experience with extraterrestrial, nonhuman intelligences, and angels and demons. He explained how he one day woke up to being above him. The creature was assessing him looking at his soul. He was made of light, his hair was long, and he thought it was a pure angel. He felt loved and he wanted to hug him. He couldn’t though because he had a sharp sword. He also met a dark demon and he had to fight it. He shared how this wasn’t a dream and she explained how she thought it was Saint Michael. A few weeks later, he discovered a prayer card of Saint Michael in a box with his passport. In the book, he gave the entire story of how he got that prayer card but he has no idea how it got into that box. He also experienced a few encounters with UFO’s and these stories are breathtaking to read!

I would recommend this insightful book about nonhuman intelligences. I loved how it looked at the topic of angels and demons and how they are among us. The stories presented in this book was very descriptive and it allowed you to form your own conclusions. I liked how it had different scientists in different fields sharing their experiences and research all with different backgrounds. I thought in her covering numerous areas and perspectives it assisted in getting her research across. I enjoyed how this book did discuss some of the Christianity beliefs about angels and demons. I thought this chapter was very beneficial and aided us in believing in what we can always see. I wouldn’t say, I’m still a huge believer in aliens or UFO flying in the sky. I haven’t personally saw them and I’m still skeptical. It was still fascinating to read about others who have experienced them.

The Body Code: Unlocking Your Body's Ability to Heal Itself by Dr. Bradley Nelson Book Review

In The Body Code, Dr. Bradley Nelson helps readers to decode and fix whatever issues that are affecting our bodies. This whole book is a knowledge base explaining each role of the body. This book has helped readers with physical pain, fatigue, infertility, depression, anxiety, PTSD, painful memories, and much more. The book stated how a recent study discovered that only 5 % of the world’s population have no heath problems. The United States is also the most country to spend money on health care – around $9,237 and we have the youngest death rates. He explained how we tend to mask the symptoms and we don’t ever deal with the imbalances that is causing us the issues. He stated how, “every symptom we suffer from is a message.” This book will assist readers into discovering freedom from their imbalances in their bodies. He broke the six imbalances into categories, such as energy, pathogens, toxins, and misalignment, just to name some. The book also conversed the power of magnets and how they contain a pure source of energy.

In the book, he shared a personal story about his exposure to alternative medicine. When he was 13 years old, he suffered from bad back pain and it would affect his breathing. They discovered he had a kidney disease and he was given a 55% survival rate. The doctors strongly suggested that he not play or run. Western medicine wasn’t providing in solutions. He met with two doctors who would look at the body as a whole. They used herbal drinks and they helped to realign his spine. He was healed and was free from his pain.

A powerful story he shared was about a child abuse case. His man suffered from the fear of heights. When he was 4 years old, his dad place on the top of the fridge and instructed him to jump. He promised he would catch him and he didn’t. He proceeds to let him fall. He told him he let him fall where he could learn a lesson about how we should never trust anyone. He was able to help him deal with his pain and overcome his fears.

I would recommend this awesome book to anyone who is wanting to get rid of all of the imbalances and they are wanting healing. One of my favorite lessons was about how to find and release a trapped emotion and breaks it all down into a nice flow chart and steps by steps. I also connected with the allergies section and it was very insightful to read about how we can become allergic to an idea in our subconscious. This is all mind-blowing type of stuff and was very beneficial. I really enjoyed all of the personal healing stories he enclosed in this book. There were tons that will help readers to find healings. This book is one that is meant to be relooked at again and again. It’s not just a one-time read and put away book.

You Matter: Learning to Love Who You Really Are by Matthew Emerzian Book Review

In You Matter, Matthew Emerzian has a major goal of assisting readers into realizing that they matter. The book is divided into three sections, I Matter, You Matter, and We Matter. He opened up in the introduction about how he hit rock bottom. He suffered from a deep trauma and had difficult seeing. He was sweating and breathing heavily. He decided to try and drive to his doctor’s. He told him it was mental and not physically. He instructed him to go home and rest and to ask himself touch questions. He needed to discover his purpose and significance. He diagnosed him with depression and chronic anxiety disorder.

In the book, he opened up about how he began working for Robert Kardashian and helped him manage artists. They produced DVD’s, music, live shows, music videos, and much more. He worked with Tim McGraw, Black Eyed Peas, U2, Coldplay, and many more. He fell into the after parties and started drinking, partying, smoking, and objectifying women. This is what led him into falling into his depression. He eventually got a therapist and she helped him to see how it’s not about him. She helped him to see the importance of serving others and this led him into finding out his significance.

One of my favorites stories was about how he played water polo and loved the sport. He shared how critical it is to have a community in which you fit into. As we age and get older, we lose our sense of building relationships and friendship. We all have felt the void. He shared how he had a special friend who randomly asked him for his phone number while they were swimming. The man remembered his number and never wrote it down! It turned out he had autism who has a photograph memory. He watched him make friends with everyone he met and asked them to be his friend. He even braided his hair. Unfortunately, in the writing of his book, he lost touch with him and it’s been about three years. Most of the people have moved away from that pool. He shared how authentic Chris was and he would freely live his life and not be pressed by the judgments of others. He strongly suggests that we answer the difficult question on what is holding us back. He tries to assist us in becoming more authentic and genuine. He revealed the hidden truth of self-fulfilling prophecy and how we tend to always judges others and others and this is preventing us from truly being ourselves. Many of us wouldn’t have the confidence to sing or dance or do anything freely without the fear of us feeling like we will be judged for it. The lesson of the day was for us to choose one song that we can dance or sing to and it can become our official song of the day and make it our song. We need to identify what is holding us back in each area of our lives and write down the reasons why using the 5-why’s strategy and keep asking until we get to the real reason that none of it makes sense.

I would recommend this life changing book to anyone who is wanting to understand the concept of why they matter and how importance they are in the world and how they can reach out to others. This book is a wonderful example on serving others and taking the focus off our ourselves. I immensely loved the stories presented in this book and how turned each chapter into a big lesson we can all learn something from. I also loved how the lessons enclosed helpful prompts to write down in our journal and to have conversation starters and to also take action to live it out. I really enjoyed the positive spins he enclosed in this book to help readers to understand why they matter.
