Inner Healing and Deliverance Handbook: Hope to Bring Your Heart to Life by Jennifer Eivaz Book Review

In Inner Healing and Deliverance Handbook, Jennifer Eivaz has written a guide on dealing with our pain and healing. She begins the book by looking at the ministry of Jesus and how he was anointed by God. He had the Holy Spirit and was given the power to heal and to break people free from oppression by the devil. The book looked at how people was anointed with oil and this signified God’s blessing on their life. She explored how kings and prophets were also anointed. She shared the story of the man who was sick and Jesus asking him does he want to get well. She explained how we all need to ask ourselves if we want to get well and to obtain wholeness.

In the book, she shared her own personal story of her father being an alcoholic, schizophrenic, and emotionally. He drugged her and violated her and she was raped. She revealed how she had to hide it in shame and silence. She also turned to drugs and alcohol and rebellion. She had experienced with demons influencing her life. Her father eventually moved to Japan and passed away from alcohol consumption. She opened up about how she left the Mormon church and become Pentecostal and was filled with the Holy Spirit. In the book, she opened up about how she got freedom and she seek to help others to get deliverance. Another topic, she looked at was cults and occults, the Jezebel spirit, shame, fear, hatred, and much more. She also included stories from others to assist you in getting freedom.

I would recommend this life changing healing book to anyone who is ready to get deliverance from their past. One of my favorite things is the prophetic word she shared about restoration and vindication. I immensely loved how she shared how God is making wrong things right and how he will pay us back double for our trouble. I appreciated how open she was in sharing her own hurtful past and how her father hurt her and caused her trauma. I loved how she devoted a whole chapter to understanding trauma and dealing with PTSD and how we can get healing. I also liked how she discussed repressed memories and whether they are real or fiction. She also tried to help others when memories may resurface later on.
